That depends entirely on the current status of your webshop. We'd love to hear what you're running into in an exploratory conversation so we can give you a first estimate.

Can you make a precise inventory of the work before I decide?

For that we created code review. We combine AI-assisted codebase analysis with senior Magento review to structure risks, dependencies and possible next steps faster. It takes us half a day of work to map out the project and provide you with extensive advice. For a separate code review we charge 480 euros.

How long does it take before we are up & running again?

The Vendic Takeover runs while your customers shop. Thanks to our own infrastructure, we can carry out the work with zero downtime in the background. When your improved webshop is ready, you switch over permanently. This usually succeeds within a few weeks.

Is there a minimum collaboration duration if I become a customer?

No, you can always leave. Of course we first look for a solution, should you be dissatisfied with something.

What does the maintenance of my webshop cost with you?

We calculate the costs on an hourly basis. How many hours the takeover work takes depends on the status of your webshop. After that we agree on a number of maintenance hours per month with you. This depends on what we think you need and of course goes in consultation. A fixed number of hours per month has practical advantages, but is not mandatory.

What if you can't fix our problems either?

Everything can be solved. The question is only how much time is involved. We're happy to advise you on balanced choices.
