Meet Magento Netherlands 2025 was an absolute highlight — a day filled with good conversations, new insights, familiar faces and a community that keeps proving how strong it really is. We spent the day reconnecting with partners, meeting new people and celebrating everything that makes the Magento and Hyvä community so special.
A huge shout-out to the entire MMNL organisation team — including one of our own — for pulling off another fantastic edition. The amount of work behind the scenes is enormous, but they made it look effortless. Events like these don’t happen without dedicated people, and we’re proud to have contributed to this year’s success 🧡
We also celebrated Hyvä’s fifth birthday. Five years of reshaping front-end performance, five years of shaking up the ecosystem — and they marked the occasion with a huge announcement: Hyvä Theme is fully open source as of Today. A bold move that opens the door to broader contributions, lower barriers to entry, and even more innovation for merchants and developers 🙌🏼 💙
The talks throughout the day showed how our industry continues to evolve: smarter extension choices, better documentation, AI support, and performance-first thinking are shaping a modern, future-proof Magento stack. The collective message was clear — when we learn and build together, merchants win.
