PostNL approached us to handle a migration from Shopware to Magento 2 within 13 weeks. The goal was particularly important as the webshop had to be ready for the launch of a national campaign.
We had several ingredients to work with: an extensive PostNL brand book, existing wireframes, and dedicated teams at both PostNL and Vendic. This approach combined with short and intensive sprints delivered a new Magento 2 webshop based on Hyvä, including data migration, after 12 weeks.
Results and insights
We used Hyvä Checkout to accelerate the process, avoiding the hassle of heavy JavaScript and complex implementations. In a short time, we achieved an impressive transformation: the site is now lightning-fast, scores excellently on Core Web Vitals for mobile, offers an improved customer experience and achieves higher Google rankings.
