What exactly do I get?
A report on the security of your Magento store: patch level, exposure, known attack indicators and hardening, translated into management language with concrete priorities. Plus a short session to go through it together.
What does it cost?
Nothing. We do four free security checks every month, because an honest picture works better than a sales pitch. The report stays yours, whatever you do with it.
Do you need access to my store?
No. The check is done from the outside; your store URL is enough. If we want to look deeper, for example a malware scan of the codebase and database, we agree in advance what access that requires.
Will you also see whether my store has already been hacked?
We check for the known indicators of ongoing campaigns and for anomalies visible from the outside. Only a scan from the inside gives certainty; we can do that as a follow-up.
What if something serious comes up?
Then you hear it the same day, with what to do immediately. If you want us to resolve it, that is possible through Vendic Protect or separately at an hourly rate. You are under no obligation.
What happens to my data?
We use your email address and store URL solely to carry out and deliver your security check. We do not send spam and never sell your data to third parties.
