Do you only work with shops you originally built?

No. Magento Maintenance is for any Magento 2 webshop, regardless of who originally built it. We always start with a baseline analysis, so we know exactly what we're taking on and where the risks are.

Do you offer a fixed package?

We work with a maintenance plan tailored to your shop. Not a one-size-fits-all package, but an agreed scope upfront. You don't pay for things your shop doesn't need, and both sides know where they stand.

How does AI help you keep costs down?

What if a major Magento upgrade is needed?

Is there a minimum contract duration?
