Hyvä Rebuild for Verzendverpakkingen: From complexity to simplicity

Verzendverpakkingen came to us with a Magento 2 webshop that had become unsustainable due to technical complexity and maintenance problems. During the takeover, we first addressed the biggest bottlenecks to create a stable foundation.

Subsequently, we solved all frontend problems at once with a Hyvä rebuild, while also cleaning up the technical history of the webshop. With a release on May 22, after a trajectory that started on March 26, this is one of our fastest realized projects.

Collaboration and results

During this project we worked closely with the client, who made dedicated team members available for direct communication via Slack. This ensured quick feedback and short lines, leading to appropriate solutions and a strong end result. With this approach, Verzendverpakkingen is now one of our best Magento 2 webshops, both in terms of performance and ease of maintenance.
